Cape Point Vineyards is uniquely located in Noordhoek in the Cape Peninsula, where its close proximity to the ocean and the ancient soils of the Table Mountain Range not only provides a phenomenal setting, but also a terrior ideal for the production of world-class Sauvignon Blanc that is strong in minerality and complexity

The vineyards are planted on sea facing slopes where they enjoy fresh breezes.

CPV are the only Vineyards located on Cape Town’s Peninsula where it is set against the foot of the world famous Chapman’s Peak.

The extreme location of CPV initially caused some doubt amongst industry critics, however the estates maiden vintage in 2000 proved the excellence of their terrior and the awards have since flowed.

Cape Point Vineyards Range

A delightful reminder of freshly picked apricots, ripe pears, golden delicious apples and granadilla sorbet on the nose. The aroma continues to unveil limes and orange blossom with a hint of fynbos and dried herbs.

A refreshing coastal style, combining elements of white grapefruit and a hint of floral fynbos. The ocean seems to dance in your glass, notes of nori and oyster shell as well as a fresh misty sea breeze takes you right onto the beautiful Noordhoek beach.

An elegant representation of our unique terroir, with hints of floral spice, cardamom and white pepper. The generous fruit profile showcases lemon, tangerine and ripe nectarines. Combining all the elements of our beautiful coastal setting with notes of kelp and a salty sea breeze character own to Cape Point.

Blend: 75% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Sémillon

Isliedh is a remarkable combination of Cape coastal Sauvignon Blanc drenched in richly textured Sémillon. Both varieties adding to the complexity of the wine. The blend offers beautiful floral notes of white orchid, rose and peach blossom.

This delicious, juicy blend shows soft fruit scents, mulled berries, subtle pink pepper and cedar wood on the nose, which evolves to blackberry, cassis and soft notes of coffee bean and spice on the palate. It has a lingering, velvet finish with soft tannins and balanced freshness.

Perfect with Charcuterie and Terrines; Cold Roast Beef and Game Pies; Simply grilled Steak Frites.

A distinctly Cape Town Sauvignon Blanc with beautiful tones of citrus, pineapple, Golden Delicious apple and ripe pear on the nose. The palate is light with plenty of fruit and a balanced acidity which trans- lates in to a long lingering finish. An ideal match with fresh line fish served with lemon butter, green vinaigrettes, and delicious with Chevin cheese.

The nose has fruit elements combined with elegant floral notes reminiscent of fruit blossoms in spring. The palate is light and refreshing, with pineapple, juicy white pear and melon. Delicious with Caesar Salad, Asparagus with butter, mild Indian Korma curries, Quiche Lorraine.

The nose shows a delicate synergy between strawberry flavoured candy, ripe peaches, and subtle rose petal, with a playful palate showing elegant tones of vanilla, laced with candy floss and red liquorice. A refreshing and fruity wine with a lively fresh finish.

Matched perfectly with Salmon, Trout and Crayfish, plainly served, chunky Bouillabaisse or any delicious Al Fresco Picnic.
